E9018-G Welding Rod for High Tensile Strength Steel (CHE608)
E9018-G is used for welding structures made by equivalent tensile strength medium carbon steels and low alloy steels, such as 15MnVN steel.
Type of Convering: Low hydrogen, potassium, iron powder, iron powder.
Welding Position: F, H, HF, OH, V
Type of Current: DCEP or AC
Note:
- The rod should be baked at 350℃-380℃ for 1 hour before use.
- The surfaces to be welded must be cleaned away impurities, such as oil contamination, rust, moisture and so on.
- Short arc and narrow-gap welding is recommended.
