E81T1-B2C Welding Wire (CHT81B2)
E81T1-B2C welding wire is one kind of heat-resisting flux cored wire and it is suitable for single pass welding or multiple pass welding structures that fabricated by 1%Cr-0.5%Mo low alloy steels, e.g. 15CrMoR, which work temperature lower than 520℃.
Type of Flux: Rutile
Welding Position: F, H, HF, OH, V, VD
Type of Current: DCEP
Notice:
- To avoid rust the wire must be kept in dry condition and keep the package in good condition also before welding.
- The surfaces to be welded must be cleaned away impurities of oil contamination, rust, moisture and so on.
- The base metal should be preheated to 150℃-300℃ before welding and after welding it should be tempered in temperature 680℃-720℃.
- The flow rate of shield gas should within 20L-25L/min in welding.
- The wire extention should be 15mm – 25mm.
